Partners
Kharkiv IT Cluster is a non-governmental organization established in 2015 with the aim of promoting Kharkiv as the best location for Ukrainian and foreign IT companies and transforming it into a national-scale IT center.
The organization focuses on education, infrastructure, legal support and protection, IT community, and IT4Life. In recent years, the Cluster has launched several projects and initiatives to develop the IT ecosystem of Kharkiv and support the IT community in the region.

Razom is a non-profit organization that creates opportunities to unlock the potential of Ukraine by initiating short and long-term projects or collaborating on existing ones with partner organizations.
They believe in the enormous potential of dedicated volunteers worldwide who are united by a single goal: to foster democracy and prosperity in Ukraine. With a diverse community of volunteers and collaborators across the US and Ukraine, Razom builds spaces where people can meet, partner, and execute these projects.

Nova Ukraine is a nonprofit organization that provides humanitarian aid to Ukraine and aims to raise awareness about Ukraine in the United States and worldwide.
Through fundraising, cultural events, and collaborations with nonprofits and volunteers, they support Ukraine's recovery from social and economic crises and work to build a stronger, democratic society aligned with democratic values.
Nova Ukraine has sent over $71 million worth of aid to Ukraine since 2014 and maintains high moral standards and accountability in its efforts.

Ukrainian Leadership Academy is a values-based formative platform for personal and social development for young people.
The Academy combines an annual program between school and university for motivated teenagers aged 16 to 20 and large-scale social projects for society.

Jurij Paraszczak is a retired IBM Research employee who spent 34 years working on various topics.
He played a key role in the development of IT infrastructure for the Internet, as well as the optimization of management systems and resource flows in global cities. Additionally, he worked to grow IBM's entrepreneurial efforts and established lasting relationships with hundreds of companies across various industries.
Dr. Paraszczak has also contributed significantly to academia and holds multiple patents in various fields.


Vlada Lotkina is the co-founder and CEO of ClassTag, an EdTech startup facilitating communication between parents and teachers.
She immigrated from Ukraine to the US in 2006 to undertake an MBA at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has worked in consulting and as a senior director at Dell EMC.
ClassTag has received $8.9 million in venture capital funding and offers a suite of products that includes an all-in-one communications hub for school systems and an eCommerce platform for donations to support teachers.

Charles K. Whitehead is a law expert specializing in corporations, financial markets, and business transactions. He is a co-author of a popular Securities Regulation casebook in the US. With a strong background in law practice, he has served as outside counsel and general counsel of various multinational financial institutions in the US, Europe, and Asia.
Professor Whitehead’s current scholarship is focused on financial markets, financial regulation, and corporate governance. Before joining Cornell, he was a faculty member at the Boston University School of Law and a research fellow at Columbia Law School.


Vasyl Soloshchuk is an experienced entrepreneur and business professional with over 15 years of expertise in developing and growing IT and fintech ventures.
He is the founder and CEO of INSART and launched WealthTech Club and Fintech CTO Club. He also co-founded Kharkiv IT Cluster and sits on the Advisory Board of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy.
